Clancy's By the Bay in Somers Point

Tried to order dinner here, but no one picked up the phone in several tries. Apparently they’re not open but Google says they are and their website and Facebook page say nothing about being closed. How do you not communicate that you’re closed?

Great food local hang out live bands on the weekends also a good place to watch the Eagles win—- if the Eagles ever win the game!

My friend and I sat at the bar we ordered off bar menu I had the fish tacos and I wasn't really very impressed. The bartender and the waiter were both very good but the food left a little to be desired

Food is always amazing and the entertainment is top notch!!!

I love country line dancing there with Steve Carroll and was looking forward to it this summer, but as of now there are no additional dates lined up. It would be a great place to line dance on a Friday or Saturday night about 7:30 pm, then have an after dance snack and head to Ocean City.

Service was horrible, and food was not much better, we do not recommend this restaurant, but you can try it of course this is my family's opinion

Clancy's By the Bay is a great local place in Somers Point.The food, entertainment, and servers are quite impressive The aroma from their kitchen tempts their neiborours to come in and savour their delicious food and listen to their music. Thank you Joe Vallari for having one of the best places to go. I recommend Clancy's By the Bay. Come and visit. There's no doubt that you will want to return. I have gone there many times. Enjoy!

We recently had a 50th birthday party for our sister and it was awesome! The food was amazing, the wait staff was on courteous and professional, and their attention to detail was beyond professional. Highly recommend!!!

Clancy's is the BEST! With a fantastic menu, tasty drinks, a rockin' DJ on Friday nights, it's the place to be to get your weekend started off right!

We were here for an event.The restaurant is very nice...clean and somewhat upscale.The food was served hot. All the dishes were delicious.The staff were all friendly.It is easy to find.We will defiantly dine here again.

Clancy's will have my loyality forever. Very accommodating food is fresh,service is spot on even when they are extremely busy. Always have great entertainment. More importantly supports locals

Made the perfect Tom Collins! Even though they had a DJ, it was quite dead for a Saturday night ( maybe 10 people by 11pm). However, everyone was super nice, food was delicious, and beautiful inside. Wish it was more busy the night we went!

We took a break for our house hunting and ended up here. At first you want to yell out "Norm" because there's so many regulars here.... then they open up the sliding glass door and the bar expands. I can see it being a regular place for us to come.🍻

Arrived about 5:45pm for dinner via UBer. We were sat promptly. Waited 10 minutes before our server took our drink order. Waited at least another 10 minutes to get our drinks. By this time it was almost 6:30 and our order had yet to be taken. Our server kept walking past us. She was waiting on tables in 3 different sections of the restaurant. Took another drink order from a table that was seated after us. We were so disgusted we got up and left. We’re pretty patient people and understand the restaurant business very well. Explained what happened to the hostess and she replied that our server just came off of training. Would recommended not giving a new server at least 7 tables to start. A shame considering we were looking forward to dining here.

Great food and good service. Went 2 times in this past week, and it was very busy on Jazz night. I didn't like that you have to pay $20 to enjoy the band, but I'm not from here, I'm not sure if it's common.

Okay service, okay food. We were seated without menus and weren't greeted for several minutes. They sat our party of 9 at 2 separate booths. When the waitress came she asked right away if we were ready to order and we hadn't even gotten drinks. You could tell she was trained well - very polite and present at the table - but something must have been going on that we couldn't see to slow her and the rest of the staff down. Kids meals came out first, which was fine, but adults didn't get their food for several more minutes. The spinach salad with walnuts, apples, cheese was AMAZING - Really good!!! Most of the food had large portion sizes. With wings, they brought bleu cheese dressing even when we specifically asked for ranch. Took awhile to clear plates and we had to steal napkins from a nearby table since no one came near us and we had a messy toddler.

Meal tasted good but there were a few screw ups, quickly corrected by the staff. Guinness on the first pour was room temp which some places serve, but this was almost warm. They fixed it up quick enough with a fresh pour from the bar tap.Service was good, very attentive and courtesy.After they fixed the order issue the food tasted pretty good. I especially liked the Short Rib Cheese Fries. Make sure you check out the menu under "Snacks" not just Appetizers.

Definitely awesome! Food, drinks and service can't be beat! Especially great weekend specials! Group of 8 and our server got everything perfect!
